Norwegian Space Technology in the spotlight at Space Tech Expo Europe
From 17–19 November, the Norwegian Space Cluster participated in Space Tech Expo Europe in Bremen, Europe’s leading B2B event for space engineering and technology. The exhibition gathered thousands of industry leaders, engineers, and decision-makers from across the civil, military, and commercial space sectors, showcasing the latest developments in spacecraft manufacturing, satellite systems, testing, and space-qualified components.
The Norwegian Pavilion was hosted by the Norwegian Space Cluster in collaboration with Innovation Norway and Nordland County Council (Nordlands fylkeskommune), and attracted strong international interest throughout the event. Several key players from the space industry took part. Participants from the cluster included Andøya Space, EIDEL AS, Integrated Detector Electronics AS, Jotne Connect, TSAT and Tycho Space. In addition, five companies from the Space Incubator in Salten were represented: Aether, Locat3d, Maritime Guardian AS, EPTTAS, and Havguard AS.
Global interest in Norwegian space companies was exceptional, with international industry leaders actively seeking dialogue and partnership opportunities. The message from the market was clear: Norwegian space technology is not only competitive - it is setting new standards.
The Norwegian Space Cluster remains committed to strengthening Norway’s position in the global space industry. Our member companies deliver cutting-edge solutions to some of the world’s most demanding technological challenges, and the strong response from the international market clearly reflected this.
A highlight of the event was the Happy Hour hosted by the Norwegian Embassy, with thanks to Aasta Galli, which created an excellent platform for networking and meaningful connections. We also extend our thanks to Jonas Skei for an outstanding presentation that filled the pavilion and sparked important discussions among attendees.
